Overview: Situational Leadership II is a model that helps leaders systematically align with employees' fluctuating needs. In this workshop, participants learn the fundamentals of the model. This will enable them to diagnose the needs of an individual based on their competence, confidence, and motivation around a particular task - and to use a corresponding leadership style. Applying this flexible leadership style leads to a more motivated and productive workforce. Participants will leave the workshop knowing how to immediately begin applying the model.
Note: Situational Leadership II is not a secondary-level course; the name was given to distinguish Ken Blanchard's Situational II leadership model from the original Situational Leadership model developed by Ken Blanchard and Paul Hersey.
Participant Benefits: This Situational Leadership II Workshop will help participants apply the most effective leadership style in any situation. After this workshop, participants will:
• Understand the Situational Leadership II model
